Refunds and Returns

Thank you for considering Alpha Details for your purchases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy below for more information.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at detailsalpha@outlook.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. The amount of your refund will be the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping costs and restocking fees.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned after the 30-day return period.
